Our fragrances are created with uncompromising craftsmanship and clean, high performance ingredients. To protect the integrity of every bottle, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
All purchases, including bundles, special promotions, and sale items, are considered final.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@santegeo.com within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number and photos so our team can review. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund to ensure you are completely taken care of.
- Original shipping fees are non refundable.
- Santégeo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect delivery addresses by the customer.
- Santégeo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not recieved. if your order is stolen, please file a claim directly through the carrier.
We are happy to provide supporting documentation to assist with your claim.
We do not offer product replacement unless the wrong product was shipped to the consumer. Customer service may ask the consumer to provide an image of the incorrect product, which is then shared with our quality team to ensure that future orders are shipped without errors.
